SHERIFF’S OFFICE MAKES MULTIPLE METH ARRESTS IN ELSBERRY

More than 20 members of the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office and the Multi Jurisdiction Drug Task Force saturated Elsberry last week after receiving multiple complaints of ongoing drug activity within the city limits.

The enforcement period, lasting several hours, resulted in seven arrests including three for possession and/or distribution of methamphetamine.  The three arrested are:

22-year-old Jamie Marlene Douglas, of Warrenton, is charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance and is currently housed in the Lincoln County Jail under a $1,500 cash only bond.

26-year-old Stephen K.A. Kirby, of Winfield, is charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance and Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.  Stephen is currently housed in the Lincoln County Jail under a $12,000 cash only bond.

65-year-old Orville Garland Davis, of Elsberry is charged with Delivery of a Controlled Substance and is currently housed in the Lincoln County Jail under a $20,000 cash only bond.

Other conditions of bond may apply for each.
