The Lincoln County Narcotics Enforcement Team (NET) arrested 34 year old Shane Michael Johnson and 27 year old Kathleen Teson, both from Troy, for the sale and distribution of methamphetamine on Monday.
Narcotics investigators learned Johnson and Teson were selling methamphetamine in Lincoln County. Through surveillance, county investigators observed Johnson and Teson attempt to make a money transaction on a gas station parking lot in Troy and took both of them in custody.
Investigators later searched their residence along the 1000 block of Cap Au Gris, in Troy, and recovered individually wrapped baggies of crystallized methamphetamine ready for sale and glass drug paraphernalia.
“We are ramping up our drug enforcement activities in Lincoln County,” said Sheriff John Cottle. “The public can expect to see more drug arrests in the coming months.”
