LINCOLN COUNTY MAN ARRESTED FOR HABITUAL METH USE

On Wednesday, May 15, investigators of the Multi County Narcotics and Violent Crimes Enforcement Unit (MCNVCEU) were surveilling a residence along the 100 block of Bob’s Lane, in Lincoln County.  The residence is known to distribute narcotics.

Investigators observed a large amount of foot traffic in and out of the residence.  Detectives approached the house and made contact with 35-year-old Faustino Dominguez, of Lincoln County.  Dominguez is known to be in possession of firearms and was patted down.

During the pat down, detectives found methamphetamine.

Dominguez is charged with Possession of a Control Substance and currently housed in the Lincoln County Jail.  Honorable Judge James Beck set bond at $30,000 cash only.  Other conditions of bond may apply.
