On August 19, detectives with the Multi County Narcotics and Violent Crimes Enforcement Unit received information of alleged illegal narcotic sales from a residence along the first block of Homestead Hill Lane, in Lincoln County.

Detectives responded to the home and spoke with a resident about the alleged sales of narcotics. During the conversation, 49-year-old John Sisti, of Foley, arrived in his truck.  Detectives asked Sisti if he had any illegal narcotics on his possession, which he said, “Yeah, I have some in my pocket.”

Detectives removed 22 grams of methamphetamine and 12 grams of marijuana from Sisti’s jacket pocket. A subsequent search of Sisti’s vehicle found a loaded 9mm handgun, a sawed-off 12-gauge shotgun and body armor.

In the home, investigators seized two syringes, smoking pipes, scales and micro bags.

On May 3, 2018, investigators arrested Sisti for possession of several rifles, handguns and 20 grams of methamphetamine. Sisti was arrested again on November 11, 2018, for possession of 15 grams of methamphetamine

Prosecutors charged Sisti with Deliver of a Controlled Substance, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Possession of Marijuana, two counts of Unlawful Use of a Weapon and Unlawful Possession of a Repaired Weapon.  Honorable Judge Greg Allsberry set bond at $25,000 cash only.  Other conditions of bond may apply.
