On April 3, 2019, the Sheriff’s Office received a call from a victim stating 35-year-old Timothy Howe, of Lincoln County, was cutting up her buses on his property located along the 1200 block of Ridge Road.

Deputies responded to the property Howe ran into an out building and would not come out.  On April 4, detectives applied for a search warrant and executed it on Howe’s property.  Upon entry into the building, detectives observed Howe actively dismantling the victim’s bus.

Detectives found where Howe purposely removed several VIN tags from the bus in an attempt to conceal ownership of the vehicle.

Howe was previously charged with Stalking from a February 11 case and had posted a $20,000 cash only bond.

Howe is charged with Possession of Equipment or Parts with Altered Identification.  Honorable Judge Pat Flynn set a no bond and Howe currently remains in the Lincoln County Jail.
