PAIR OF LINCOLN COUNTY MEN CHARGED FOR MULTIPLE DRUG OFFENSES

Lincoln County Detectives with the Multi-County Narcotics and Violent Crime Enforcement Unit received information of possible narcotic distribution from a residence along the first block of White Road, in Lincoln County.

When detectives arrived, they identified 39-year-old Ryan York and 36-year-old Forrest Martin, both of Elsberry, as the residents of the home. York and Martin gave detectives consent to search the residence.

Detectives discovered 34 grams of methamphetamine, 4 grams of fentanyl, multiple prescription pills, micro bags, scales, drug paraphernalia and a .22 caliber rifle.

York told investigators he Martin recently overdosed on fentanyl and Narcan had to be administered.

Prosecutors charged York with Delivery of a Controlled Substance, four counts of Possession of a Controlled Substance, Unlawful Use of a Weapon, Possession of Marijuana/Synthetic Cannabinoid and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. York is currently housed in the Lincoln County Jail.  Honorable Judge Greg Allsberry set bond at $25,000 cash only.  Other conditions of bond may apply.
