Lincoln County Man Charged With Multiple Counts of Statutory Rape

Early this morning the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office was called to St. Joseph’s West Hospital in Lake St. Louis regarding a sexual assault of a minor complaint, which occurred off the 800 block of Highway JJ, in Elsberry, Missouri.

While at the hospital, deputies spoke with a 14-year old female (DOB 12/22/1998) and her Aunt Sharon Randazzo-Wolf. Sharon stated she observed her ex-husband, Robert J Wolf (DOB 9/21/1979), in a “compromising position” with her niece in bed. The victim stated her uncle was performing oral sex on her when her aunt walked in to the bedroom.

The victim also told investigators her Uncle “took her virginity” and performed other sexual acts on her since she was 13-years old.

Wolf confessed to investigators of several instances where he performed oral sex and had intercourse with the victim. The victim stated after the first encounter in either late October or early November 2012, Wolf started offering the victim “Weed.”

The victim told investigators both were normally “High” when the sexual incidents occurred.

Deputies arrested Wolf for two-counts of Statutory Rape 1st Degree, one-count of Statutory Rape 2nd Degree, one-count of Statutory Sodomy, and four-counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Child 1st Degree.

Wolf is currently being held at the Lincoln County Jail on a $250,000 cash only bond signed by the honorable James Beck.
