In May, detectives with the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office began investigating a statutory sodomy complaint involving multiple victims. The first victim, under the age of 12-years-old, told investigators 46-year-old Todd Harris, of Lincoln County, had made sexual contact with her on several occasions in his residence along the 100 block of Cuivre River Drive, in Lincoln County.

The second victim, under the age of five-years-old, told investigators Harris had inappropriate sexual contact with her in his residence.

Detectives questioned Harris who denied the sexual contact.

Prosecutors charged Harris with three counts of Statutory Sodomy and he is currently housed in the Lincoln County Jail.  Honorable Judge Greg Allsberry set bond at $200,000 cash only with no contact with the victims or the victim’s family, no contact with any persons under the age of 18-years-old and be GPS monitoring if released.  Other conditions of bond may apply.

Its purpose is to help the organization do a better job and get everyone working together to achieve our goals. This plan will serve as a roadmap for moving from where we are today to where we would like to be in the future. It will help keep the organization on track, and responsive to change while remaining faithful to its mission, vision, and core values.
