Patrol Division

The Patrol Division is the ‘front line’ unit of the Sheriff’s Office. These men and women patrol the highways, roads and subdivisions throughout the 640 square miles of Lincoln County. While patrolling is a large part of a deputy’s day, they are also responsible for answering emergency calls and calls for service. Our officers respond to a little more than 37,000 calls for service each year.

Patrol deputies pride themselves on their commitment to the community. They are constantly aware of their surroundings and make note of changes in the community, which is a vital part of good policing. Patrol deputies need your help too! If you become aware of a situation that needs their attention please contact Lincoln County Dispatch at 636-528-6100.

It is my pleasure to present the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office Five-Year Strategic Plan. Its purpose is to help the organization do a better job and get everyone working together to achieve our goals. This plan will serve as a roadmap for moving from where we are today to where we would like to be in the future. It will help keep the organization on track, and responsive to change while remaining faithful to its mission, vision, and core values.
