On February 19, 2017, around 4 a.m., an unknown suspect broke a rear window and entered the Phillips 66 Gas Station in Hawk Point. The store owner said they caught the suspect on surveillance video stealing three cartons of cigarettes and damaging a money machine containing $140 in cash, which he got away with.

According to detectives, the suspect is a white male, approximately 6 foot tall and 220 lbs with brown or hazel eyes. The suspect wore unique fluorescing green and black shoes, blue bandana that covered his the lower portion of his face and a dark blue stocking cap.
